Pinterest Fail #1 Zucchini Fritters..

So this inspired me to start this blog for fun, I know I am not the only one with failed attempts at re-creating the beautiful pinterest pictures in our own home..

So today I saw a friend pin this..

What happened?

I am the most impatient person and I wanted to eat these puppies.. and let me just say when she says drain 30 minutes YOU BETTER DRAIN 30 minutes! lol... *smh...
